Hi guys! So this post, is long overdue, due to some major life changes, a couple unexpected curveballs and some struggles. I wanted to put it all out there, that I started this blog to bring simple joys to life not only for you guys, but for me too. I have struggled so much with my mental health all my life, and sometimes; taking a break and step back is much needed. Before I get into this collab with ash ( such a sweetheart!) I really just wanted to bring light to the fact that just because I came out of the other side with my mental health, and am able to be a strong advocate for others; doesn’t mean that I don’t relapse into depression or anxiety sometimes, just wanted to let all of you beautiful know you are not, and will never be alone on your battle with mental health struggles!

Today I teamed up with Ash from ACMcustoms to show you her adorable shop(which I will link a way to access down below). I am HUGE into coffee (and obvi adorable cups and mugs) and this coffee mason jar mug is adorable for a start to the morning or an afternoon pick me up. Also, it really inspired me to start making my coffee at home (which can save you so much $$$; it’s a win-win!).

All in all, sometimes it’s the simplest things in life that can bring you the utmost joy. I think after reading this we can all agree, sometimes life gets super freaking hard, and sometimes even unmanageable. So taking a step back; and being proud of yourself for getting yourself up out of bed, starting that overdue homework or getting yourself moving is an accomplishment in itself.

Be proud of yourself, for just getting up and doing a thing, living the way we live now has been so hard; so be gentle and kind to yourself in such a world of uncertainty.

xxx
